Account Manager / Executive
Location: Remote or Milwaukee, WI
On behalf of a client in the advertising industry, Skills Pipeline is looking for a dynamic individual to join their team in the role of Account Manager / Executive. This position focuses on maintaining an excellent client relationship by overseeing the company’s teams and ensuring they are delivering value to the client’s business.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee a portfolio of projects and report upwards to executive stakeholders.
Meet with client to demonstrate business value, propose new ideas, and gain understanding around their business goals.
Understand high level business strategies and ensure teams are executing on them.
Negotiate client contracts, write SOWs, and report directly to leadership team and CRO.
Ensure we are demonstrating culture of speed, accuracy, flexibility, and friendly client service.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Ability to collaborate with multiple teams
Ability to identify new opportunities and bring ideas for growth to the leadership team
Ability to communicate high level strategies to project managers and other team members
Must be able to oversee an entire account consisting of multiple projects
