Account Manager / Executive

Location: Remote or Milwaukee, WI

On behalf of a client in the advertising industry, Skills Pipeline is looking for a dynamic individual to join their team in the role of Account Manager / Executive. This position focuses on maintaining an excellent client relationship by overseeing the company’s teams and ensuring they are delivering value to the client’s business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee a portfolio of projects and report upwards to executive stakeholders.

  • Meet with client to demonstrate business value, propose new ideas, and gain understanding around their business goals.

  • Understand high level business strategies and ensure teams are executing on them.

  • Negotiate client contracts, write SOWs, and report directly to leadership team and CRO.

  • Ensure we are demonstrating culture of speed, accuracy, flexibility, and friendly client service.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Ability to collaborate with multiple teams

  • Ability to identify new opportunities and bring ideas for growth to the leadership team

  • Ability to communicate high level strategies to project managers and other team members

  • Must be able to oversee an entire account consisting of multiple projects
